Joined the first bootcamp in November and have done every one. I've seen quite a big improvement in both my fitness and the way I look. I've lost over 2 stone of weight - the best bit being most of it is fat - my bodyfat percentage has dropped from 24% to 18% and still moving. Lost over 6 inches off my waist.
The nutrition plan helps a lot. Speeds up the results but has also resulted in feeling less bloated, I sleep better and seem to have more energy. My fitness level has increased massively. This helps me at work as well - I feel less stressed than normal and my concentration levels have improved.
At the end of the day you can work as hard or as little as you want - I like to think I've worked hard which is mainly down to the fact the classes are varied and the atmosphere is positive. The Sarg is a good trainer - knows his stuff, explains the exercise routines well and is a great motivator.

“I hate boot camp! I hate getting up early. I hate press ups. I hate Burpees. I hate squats, squat jumps and shuttle runs. I especially hate Swany when he is making me do all of this before 7am in the morning. But I hate my bingo wings, fat knees and podgy tummy far more! And as I’m getting married in September I have a deadline. I’ve been going to the gym for over 10 years, but I have seen more noticeable results in one 4 week boot camp than I have ever seen during that time. I love seeing actual results on the scales and with the tape measure, it makes all the pain and effort so worthwhile! It’s not easy – you need to put the work in, but Swanys group boot camp sessions help everyone push themselves and keep going what ever their level. I would (and have) recommend the Boot camp course to anyone.”

After my 4 year old informed her 44 year old father that I had man boobs I decided I needed to act ! Luckily for me a number of my colleagues were using a mysterious man called “swanny” and they went to his boot camp. I decided I was not fit enough so I set up a meeting to asses my fitness. I was then given a detox plan and I set up 3 personal training sessions a week.
At the end of the first month I had lost approximately 5% body fat and 12cms from my middle ! I also managed to to increase my press-ups from a miserable 20 in 1 minute to just under 60 and I knocked 13 seconds of my best time on the rowing machine. Everyone can notice the difference in me. I feel like a new man and no more man boobs! And no belly hanging over the trousers !
I have recommended this to my friends and they have achieved similar results.I now have the joys of boot camp at 6.45am 3 days a week and its great. If you had told me that I would be saying this now a couple of moths ago I would have laughed. Long live “swanny” its now a life long commitment.

I went to bootcamp to tone up before my wedding and it definitely worked! It is hard work but good fun - no two days are the same - and I noticed differences in my fitness and appearance very quickly. The group atmosphere kept everyone motivated and Swany really pushed me to get as much as possible out of the course. I would (and have) recommended Swany's bootcamp to my friends.

Boot camp is an excellent way to improving your fitness level no matter what your starting point is, Swany will m
ake sure you push yourself and give your all without being too intimidating or competitive.
So if your goal is to get fit, lose weight or reduce body fat I would recommend getting out of bed early and giving it a try.
